David Cooper has helped his clients develop comprehensive risk management and insurance solutions since 1982. With a strong insurance and risk management background he excels at both risk analysis and insurance program design.
David has worked with clients in a broad range of industries and is a member of Roach Howard Smith & Barton’s Technology, Life Sciences and Media Practice Group.
A Fort Worth native, David earned a BBA from the Rawls School of business at Texas Tech University and holds the professional designation of Certified Insurance Counselor
