Spencer began his career as an underwriter while still in college. After graduation, he joined a local agency where he focused primarily on insurance products tailored to the construction, manufacturing, distribution technology, and real estate industries.
In addition, Spencer has gained considerable expertise in contract analysis, safety programs, and risk assessment, both in the construction industry and in general business.
Spencer holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Baylor University, where he double-majored in Risk Management and Insurance along with Marketing. He also holds the Certified Insurance Counselor designation.
