Howard Hill Insurance Merges with L.T. Barton and Roach Howard Smith & Hunter Release Date: 10/1/2004FORT WORTH Texas - Howard Hill Insurance one of the oldest insurance agencies in Fort Worth announced today it is merging with L.T. Barton Insurance part of Roach Howard Smith & Hunter of Dallas. The two firms will operate under the name L.T.
