RHSB Expands Commercial Insurance Division with Recent Hire Brand Daves Release Date: September 2009Roach Howard Smith & Barton (RHSB), a leading independent insurance brokerage firm and Assurex Global partner, announces the addition of sales executive Brand Daves to the Commercial Insurance division of their Fort Worth office. Daves joins RHSB as an assistant vice president. “Brand brings extensive client service experience and business acumen to our agency’s commercial insurance division,” says Bart Tucker, CPCU, CIC, CLU, Chief Financial Officer and President of RHSB – Fort Worth. “By leveraging these assets, he provides our Fort Worth practice with tremendous growth opportunities.” Daves has a professional background in business, namely in the construction industry, including more than eight years of client service experience. Prior to joining RHSB, he worked as a claims representative for a large insurance agency, where he handled commercial, industrial and residential property claims and was consistently ranked as one of the company’s leading producers of claim settlements. Brand’s professional history also includes his work as a general contractor with a North Texas-based company, where he coordinated job sites and specialized in industrial hygiene, airflow abatement and mitigation of water damage. A graduate of Midwestern State University, Brand has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in General Business.
