Lynn Lodge joins Roach Howard Smith & Barton as Assistant Vice President of Employee Benefits. In her role as Account Executive for the Employee Benefits department, she is responsible for supporting new business production through assisting the Sales Executives, cultivating effective relationships with clients, and directing a team of Account Managers who service clients. Lynn will also coordinate with our insurance company underwriters, representatives, and system vendors to ensure quality offerings to our clients.
Prior to joining RHSB Lynn worked with MHBT for 10 years in their Benefits department. Lynn has over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry working with carriers and agencies. She brings a strong background of Benefits knowledge coupled with management experience.
Lynn has industry designations for Group Benefits Associate, Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist, Managed Healthcare Professional, and Long Term Care Professional. She is currently working toward her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She also attended Westmoreland County College in Pennsylvania where she studied Business Administration and Management.
