Max is an Assistant Vice President at RHSB, specializing in property and casualty insurance with a risk management–driven approach. He works closely with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their operations, evaluate contractual obligations, and identify gaps and exposures within their current programs. From there, he develops tailored insurance strategies designed to align with both immediate needs and long-term business objectives. His process is thorough and hands-on—translating complex coverage terms into clear, actionable recommendations so clients can make informed decisions with confidence.
Over the course of his career, Max has built and grown a book of business rooted in long-term client partnerships, consistent execution, and a commitment to proactive service. He takes pride in being detail-oriented, responsive, and genuinely invested in the success of the organizations he serves. Max is a graduate of Baylor University, where he studied Corporate Communications and Entrepreneurship.
