Allison Nixon is a sales executive focusing on Property & Casualty and the Team Leader of the Public Sector Team providing insurance solutions in the role of broker or consultant for many large public entities, including public schools, community colleges, municipalities, and non-profits.
Allison has been with RHSB since 2016, was promoted to Vice President in 2018, made Principal in 2019, and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2024. She has a sales background and is known for building strong relationships because of her passion for people. She has experience managing and growing sales teams, creating marketing and branding strategies with a focus on solutions.
Prior to RHSB Allison was Co-owner and Director of Sales and Marketing for RCK Group. She was a leader among the independent retailers. She also has over 4 years of experience with a luxury jewelry company, Armenta Designs as an Account Executive.
She is Vice President of Programs for the Junior Women’s Club of Fort Worth and a Board member of Independent Insurance Agents of Dallas. Alllison has a history of community service with Ronald McDonald House and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Allison is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a degree in International Advertising and Public Relations. She studied abroad in France and speaks English and French.
