Sebastian is a uniquely talented benefit consultant with an emphasis in small to mid-market employers. His healthcare-industry experience & account management background, combined with his bilingual proficiency & multi-cultural understanding, position him as a strategic partner in an ever-changing healthcare system.
Prior to joining RHSB, Sebastian led a team of benefit coordinators for a national broker in the Dallas area. His experience with customer support and benefit plan design equip him with the knowledge needed to help employers navigate healthcare options.
Sebastian is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications.
He is fluent in English and Spanish and is an avid tennis player.
