Will Whitten is a Vice President and Principal at RHSB, leading the firm’s Private Client Services practice. He advises high-net-worth individuals and families on protecting complex personal risk portfolios, including luxury residences, valuable collections, collector vehicles, and other unique assets. Will works closely with clients, wealth advisors, and family offices to develop customized insurance strategies that align with each client’s financial goals and evolving risk exposures.
Known for his consultative approach and commitment to service, Will focuses on delivering tailored insurance solutions and a concierge-level client experience. His work centers on helping clients navigate the increasingly complex high-net-worth insurance market while ensuring their coverage evolves alongside their assets and lifestyle.
Since joining RHSB in 2018, Will has built a reputation for trusted client relationships and strategic leadership within the firm. In recognition of his contributions, he was promoted to Vice President and Principal in 2022.
A graduate of Texas Tech University, Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with a minor in Agricultural and Applied Economics. A longtime Fort Worth resident with deep West Texas roots, he is actively involved in the local community. Will currently serves on the board of the Presbyterian Night Shelter and the Independent Insurance Agents of Tarrant County (IIATC).
