Kelsey Turnage joined RHSB (Roach Howard Smith & Barton) as Human Resources Generalist and Privacy Officer in April of this year.
This is a new dedicated Human Resource position for RHSB and Kelsey will be organizing the human resources functions within the organization. She will be responsible for organizational human resources, hiring, new employee orientation and training, developing corporate personnel policies, employee benefit development and enrollment, and responsible for overall legal and legislative compliance of the organization.
She comes to us from University of Arkansas Medical Sciences (UAMS) where she was a HR Generalist providing HR support to 250 employees in the Department of Nutrition Services.
Prior to UAMS Kelsey owned her own business French Press Pastries, LLC. She has a degree in Pastry Arts from The International Culinary Center in California.
She is a graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and is pursuing a Master of Science in Leadership & Human Resources Development from Louisiana State University.
