RHSB retains status as Best Practices Agency.

RHSB has retained its status as part of an elite group of independent insurance agencies around the United States participating in the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA or the Big “I”) “Best Practices” Study.

Each year since 1993, IIABA and Reagan Consulting, an Atlanta-based management consulting firm, joined forces to study the country’s leading agencies by revenue categories. The agencies comprising the study groups are selected every third year through a comprehensive nomination and qualifying process and awarded a “Best Practices Agency” designation. The selected “Best Practices” agencies retain their status during the three-year cycle by submitting extensive financial and operational data for review each year.

Risk & Insurance^® Magazine Power Broker^TM awards recognize individuals who stand out among their peers for exceptional client work they delivered over the past year. While brokers play many key roles in the insurance industry and risk profession, a Power Broker^TM award recognizes problem-solving, customer service, and industry knowledge.

RHSB is National Premier Agency of the Year with Central Insurance Company’s Premier Program. The Premier Agency Program is for selected agents who have consistently produced and underwritten profitable commercial business.

Central Insurance Company’s Blue Streak Program was developed in 1979 to award top performing Personal Lines agency partners. The Blue Streak Circle of Achievement Underwriting Award is presented annually to the agency within each region  which achieves outstanding performance. RHSB has been a Blue Streak partner since the program’s inception  and has been recognized multiple years with this award. 

RHSB is a Chubb Cornerstone Agency. Chubb’s Cornerstone designation represents an exclusive membership program comprised of only the top performing agencies and brokers in the Chubb system. With 15,000 agencies worldwide, the Cornerstone program is Chubb’s vehicle to recognize those agencies who have a deep understanding of the company’s products and services and complement the company’s focus on unparalleled service. This select group of agencies represents 3% of all Chubb appointed agencies.

RHSB is a Personal and Commercial Chubb Cornerstone Agency.

RHSB is selected as a member of The Hanover’s President’s Club. These agencies are recognized for delivering meaningful value to their customers with enhanced customer service and deep industry knowledge. The Hanover partners with a select group of 2,100 independent agents nationwide; only 5% are recognized with this distinction.

Doug Jones received the Cyber Risk Management Leadership Award from INSUREtrust. The Cyber Risk Management Leadership Award is given to select independent agents that demonstrate expertise in cyber risk management, have addressed their own firm’s cyber risks, and have shown proficiency in delivering cutting-edge cyber risk insurance products to their clients. The recipients have taken appropriate steps to earn the trust of their clients and partners with respect to privacy and security risk management.
